1. Clean the pump body and impeller regularly: It is easy for debris and dirt to accumulate inside the pump body and impeller, affecting the flow and head of the pump. Therefore, it is necessary to clean it regularly to avoid affecting the performance of the pump. Check the bearings and seals: Bearings and seals are key components of centrifugal pumps. Check them regularly for wear or damage. If necessary, they should be replaced in time.
2. Start the water pump motor and check whether the direction of the water pump motor is correct. Start the water pump motor. When the water pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge. If the pressure is suitable, gradually open the gate valve and check whether the water pump motor has load.
3. Replace the sealing ring: After long-term use in sewage media, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, causing the flow and efficiency of the water pump to decrease. The power switch should be turned off, the water pump should be lifted, the bottom cover should be removed, the sealing ring should be removed, and the sealing ring should be matched according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring. The gap is generally about 0.5mm.
4. Oil bearings are lubricated with oil. During the use of the water pump, check whether the oil level is within the oil mirror mark range every time. If the oil is insufficient, add oil through the oil filling cup, and clean and change the oil once a year. The bearings are lubricated with grease (commonly known as butter). During the use of the water pump, change the oil every 2000 hours.
